Thursday Oct 28, 2021
“Embodiment is about getting out of your head and into your body,” says Elizabeth DiAlto, creator of Wild Soul Movement. Over the last eight years, Elizabeth has developed her business to focus on the practice of embodiment. Originally starting as a sensual healing movement, Wild Soul Movement has since evolved the scope of work to include live classes and workshops that cover all aspects of self-love and healing. Today, Elizabeth has helped over 1,500 women achieve healing by understanding the sacredness of their own bodies.
According to Elizabeth, most people are programmed to override the wisdom of the body with logic and rationale. While the mind does have the ability to analyze and understand feelings, our bodies hold wisdom regarding our emotions and how we deal with them. Elizabeth explains that you cannot embody self-love until you have learned how to breathe through painful times. This explains why it is necessary to understand your emotions and heal your past traumas.
Tune into this week’s episode of Healerology for a conversation with Elizabeth DiAlto about embodiment. Learn more about Wild Soul Movement, energy work, and how to use your body’s unique language to achieve wholeness and liberation.
