10 – El Niño Viejo (The Old Child) with Juan Pablo Carrizo

Due to his highly sensitive nature, Juan Pablo Carrizo struggled to find his identity as a child. After enduring personal struggles, Juan Pablo decided to convert his passion for people and conversations into a career. As he got closer to attaining a degree in psychology, Juan Pablo created his program, El Niño Viejo, to help people increase their levels of consciousness by healing their inner child. 

According to Juan Pablo, most people’s self-identities are derived from a suffering they never learned how to overcome. Trauma build-up over the years is ultimately the cause of lower levels of consciousness and a variety of other mental health issues. In order to take control of our mental and spiritual healing, we must practice true self-care by first focussing on healing the traumas from our childhood.
